What is your cooking style and what can people expect from the food on your menu?
My food is heavily influenced by the plants & fungi which we pick from the surrounding area, which we use to re create hearty pub grub.
How do you use social media as a chef? Do you ever post any personal content or opinions – why/why not?
I tend to keep my social media fairly non personal and focus it around my job.

The staff canteen app is a great place to share my work and to see what other people are creating helping to come up with new ideas and stay relevant.

What is your favourite dish to cook?
My favourite dish to cook gas to be a simple Sunday roast, still don't think it can be beaten when done right.
Guilty pleasure: list food item / dish / ingredient that isn’t considered ‘cheffy’ but that you love to eat
Guilty pleasure has to be marmite... End of!
What are your plans for the future?
My plans for the future are currently quite exciting but nothing I can go into currently so keep following to see how it all unfolds!
