Acclaimed chef patron, Nigel Haworth, will host a truly unique fundraising dinner in support of industry charity Hospitality Action on Thursday, 12th June, at the Northcote, Lancashire. Diners will enjoy a fabulous five-course menu with matched wines, sponsored by Boutinot, including coffee and petit fours. During the evening there will be an exciting auction and raffle, with some fantastic lots to bid for. Nigel Haworth is chef patron at Northcote and was one of the first to bring honest, seasonal British cuisine to the table. As guardian of the hotel’s restaurant and its Michelin star, retained for 29 years, Nigel not only showcases his own gastronomic brilliance but also sets the benchmark for fine dining across the UK. Nigel says: “I have been a Patron of Hospitality Action, the industry charity, for a number of years now and I am delighted to support them once again by hosting this exceptional fundraising dinner at the Northcote. We have planned a delicious five course menu with matched wines, kindly sponsored by Boutinot, so I’m sure our guests will have a fabulous evening.” Tickets are £100 per person. To book your place, please email the Reservations team reservations@northcote.com or call 01254 240 555. Last year, Hospitality Action spent £58,959 in grants in the North West region, helping hospitality staff when they are in need due to problems such as a serious illness, homelessness, poverty domestic violence or sudden redundancy.
