Eleven years of Rosewood London
Opened in 2013, Rosewood London quickly established itself as one of the city’s leading luxury hotels, combining Edwardian heritage with modern hospitality. The Pie Room, launched as part of the property’s broader food and beverage strategy, helped cement its reputation as a destination for distinctive, chef-led dining.
The departure comes at a moment when the group is actively expanding its global culinary initiatives. Most recently, Rosewood Hotel Group unveiled Rise to the Table, a programme designed to empower female leaders in food and beverage.
Looking ahead
While Nokx has yet to announce her next move, she hinted that her focus will remain on culinary excellence and mentorship. The Pie Room, meanwhile, will continue under the stewardship of a team she believes is well-prepared to carry forward its reputation for precision and innovation.
