Ollie Dabbous takes a walk on the wild side in aid of Hospitality Action

The Staff Canteen

Award-winning chef, Ollie Dabbous is hosting a wildly unique dining experience in connection with Ampersand, proud to create events at ZSL London Zoo, on Tuesday, 27 September. Foodies will be invited to sample Ollie’s Michelin starred food whilst coming almost face to face with tigers, kangaroos and wallabies. Ampersand, part of CH&Co Group, have enabled the experience which will raise vital funds for industry charity Hospitality Action.

Kicking off with a Champagne reception overlooking Tiger Territory, guests will embark on a journey through an Indonesian habitat, observing beautiful tigers through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows. A delicious three course meal, cooked by Ollie Dabbous will follow. Served in the Mappin Pavilion, diners will enjoy unrivalled views of Regents Park, Tiger Territory and Australian Outback themed enclosure.

Ollie said: “I’m delighted to be able to support Hospitality Action in this way. The funds we raise from this very special dinner will enable the charity to keep growing and ensure that it will be able to help even more people in the future.”

Owner of Dabbous, the Michelin starred restaurant in London, Ollie has received critical acclaim for his clean flavours, elegant presentation and innovative food pairings. The menu will undoubtedly offer foodies an unforgettable dining experience in the heart of one of the capital’s most celebrated venues.

Tim Jones, Hospitality Action Trustee and Chairman CH&Co Group, said: “Hospitality Action is a cause very close to my heart and as such, it seemed fitting to support the charity by offering up the services of Ampersand to host a really different and unique dining experience. I have no doubt that we will raise a huge amount of money for those in the industry who need it most.”

Tickets are priced at £135 per person or £1,300 for a table of 10. To secure your place, contact Astrid Wears-Taylor via [email protected] or on 020 3004 5503 or online at www.hospitalityaction.org.uk/events.
