The Staff Canteen Live 2017 is back as we head to the Great Hospitality Show at Birmingham NEC in January.

We will be bringing some of the UK’s most exciting chefs with us and today we are announcing the full line-up:

All of the chefs will be showcasing dishes from their current menus and if you can’t make it, all of our demos will be live-streamed on our Facebook page [https://www.facebook.com/thestaffcanteen] and on our YouTube channel [https://www.youtube.com/user/StaffCanteen]. Make sure you subscribe to both to receive a notification when we are live.

The Staff Canteen Live, held in conjunction with speciality produce supplier, Westlands and Chef Works, Callebaut, Gram and Wild Atlantic Prawns, will be running regular sessions every day of the three-day show with a changing line-up of chefs providing visitors with interactive demonstrations, recipe guidance and cooking tips.

The Great Hospitality Show is a celebration of everything new in British hospitality, and the only show focusing on the business of hospitality will be the UK’s largest exhibition for foodservice and hospitality in 2017.
