Stephanie Moon to hold sky dining pop up in Spinaker Tower

Celebrity chef, Stephanie Moon, is to hold a unique dining experience 100 metres above sea level at Portmouth's iconic landmark, Spinnaker Tower. steph dish

The seven course tasting menu, consisting of locally sourced produce, will be hosted on Friday evenings from Friday 22 July to Friday 12 August 2016 atop of the 170 metre tall tower with 350° panoramic views overlooking the historic harbour, the Solent and the Isle of Wight.

Commenting on the Sky Dining event, Stephanie said: “Working at the Emirates Spinnaker Tower is a real thrill to me; the local produce is exceptional and everyone here is very passionate about food. To cook with the team at the Emirates Spinnaker Tower really does take my food to new heights!”

Multi-award winning Stephanie Moon, has been a chef for over 20 years, starting her training at the Michelin-starred Dorchester Hotel in Mayfair, London under acclaimed chef Anton Mosimann before working in some of the finest hotels and restaurants across the world including 5 star hotel Park Hyatt in Sydney and Charlie Trotter’s Michelin-starred Chicago restaurant before returning to her Yorkshire roots to become Executive Head Chef at luxury hotel Rudding Park in Harrogate.

Steph cemented her celebrity chef status on BBC2’s Great British Menu, representing the North East for three consecutive years on the popular culinary competition.
