Stevie is the chef-owner of Square Bistro, known for its approachable yet innovative take on contemporary cuisine, with a commitment to showcasing the best of local ingredients.
Born and raised in Northern Ireland, Stevie developed a love for cooking early on, inspired by the area’s rich culinary traditions and bountiful local ingredients. He honed his craft in various kitchens across the
country, gaining experience in a range of culinary styles before returning to Lisburn to open Square Bistro in 2006. His goal was to create a welcoming space where people could enjoy high-quality, creatively crafted dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. Since opening, Square Bistro has become a cornerstone of the local dining scene, known for its warm service, inventive flavours, and commitment to sustainability.
