Award-winning Chef Owner of Brighton’s Little Fish Market, Duncan Ray, has announced the opening new venture of Shared by Duncan Ray.

Releasing the news on social media, Shared by Duncan Ray is a new sharing plate concept from the chef, located in Brighton.

The new venture marks another collaboration between him and his partner Nicky Stephens.

Announcing the news on the new restaurant’s Instagram a statement read: “We’re delighted to share with you our new concept sharing restaurant within @curds_and_cases on Western Road. It’s fun-dining as opposed to the fine food of @littlefishhove, retro plates, mismatch cutlery and a banging playlist.”

Explaining what guests can expect, the post revealed a first glimpse of the restaurant’s new menu.

“The food will be cooked by @al.the.chef from @althepieman fame so expect his delicious pies to be featured on the menus! Food will be seasonal and tasty as people have come to expect from me. I am writing the menus, creating the dishes, recipes and processes so Al can carefully recreate these for our guests,” he revealed.

Confirming the future of Little Fish Market, Duncan confirmed that he would be “remaining as always” at the restaurant which will continue to serve fine dining.

Shared By Duncan Ray will offer cover for 20 guests and will be open from Tuesday through to Saturday for one sitting.

Guests can book their places now by visiting the page’s Instagram and ringing the number in the bio.
