The most popular recipe this month was Hayden Groves' Crema Catalana, taken from his new cookbook, Back In The SaddleThis is a Spanish variation of the French classic crème brûlée, using thickened milk instead of cream, and scented with citrus peel and cinnamon, instead of vanilla.
