June is full of dazzling summer produce and we continue to be amazed by your creations. Upload your seasonal dishes and recipes to your profile using the Chef+ app and we'll share the very best on our social media!
Here's some members who have really caught our eye this month:
The most popular drinks recipe this month was this punchy tomato-based cocktail from Hyde Lobby Bar at Lancaster London. A slight twist on a classic Bloody Mary recipe, the mixologists have used Ardbeg Scotch Whisky instead of vodka for a smokier flavour.
Now that we're entering the summer months, there's an abundance of great produce coming into season including blackcurrants, auberginesand wood pigeon. Make sure you upload your seasonal recipes and images to the Chef+ app, and we'll share the best ones on our social media channels.
In addition to this, there's a real bounty to be found at sea at the moment, withsalmon(farmed), sea urchin and brown crab in season.

Small Contribution. Big Impact.
The Staff Canteen has always been more than a website—it’s a community, built by and for hospitality. We share the wins, the challenges, the graft, and the inspiration that keeps kitchens alive.
We believe in staying open to everyone, but creating this content takes real resources. If you’ve ever found value here—whether it’s a recipe, an interview, or a laugh when you needed it most—consider giving just £3 to keep it going.
A little from you keeps this space free for all. Let’s keep lifting the industry, together.
