Stoke Place Hotel in Buckinghamshire will be celebrating Christmas this year in their brand new restaurant, Seasons at Stoke Place.

Head chef James Dugan will be offering a special Christmas Eve Dinner as well as Christmas Lunch, Boxing Day Brunch and a Festive Afternoon Tea.
Four-course Christmas luncheon and the traditional Queen's Speech will feature roast celeriac soup, radish and apple or guinea fowl and leek terrine, plum chutney, brioche or poached salmon, cucumber, vanilla and pomegranate dressing. For main there will be a choice of roast Norfolk turkey, potato fondant, chipolata, cranberry jus or roast rib-eye of beef, dauphinoise potato, cauliflower purée, baby spinach, bone marrow jus or pan-seared sea bass, sweet potato, bok choi, orange dressing or beetroot and spring onion gnocchi, oyster mushrooms and parmesan foam.
For dessert try dark chocolate delice, ice cream or carrot parfait, ginger bread, cinnamon foam or pear panna cotta, mulled wine sorbet or Christmas pudding, brandy butter and ice cream. And finish with Cornish yarg, blue cheese, quince jelly, biscuits and luxury Arabica coffee and warm mince pies.
