Sweet Snow Cocktail
Chi Kitchen on Oxford Street are delighted to be offering their newest cocktail, Sweet Snow, made with a delicious blend of Hennessy, Baileys, Kahlua, Cointreau, Milk and garnished with a stick of cinnamon. The cocktail is shaken with ice, and finished off with flaming Cointreau. The cocktail is available now throughout the holiday season for £11.
Ingredients
Method
Firstly put 25ml Hennessy, 25ml Baileys, 12.5ml Kahlua and 12.5ml Milk into a shaker with ice cubes, and shake vigorously.
Pour the mixture from the shaker into a martini glass, and rest a stick of cinnamon on the rim to garnish.
Finally put 12.5ml Cointreau into a cognac glass and set alight, before pouring the flaming Cointreau over the top of the cinnamon stick and into the martini glass
