Heart-Shaped California Rolls
Just in time for Valentine's Day, Chi Kitchen has created a delightful heart-shaped california roll. Chi Kitchen’s Valentine’s Day menu, priced at £56 for two people will be available 10th – 14th February for lunch and dinner, www.chikitchen.co.uk

• Wrap your bamboo mat in kitchen cling film in order to roll the sushi easier.
• Add a nori sheet on the prepared mat, and spread sushi rice on the surface. Turn the rice and nori upside down.
• Add the crab meat and roll the sushi using the mat.
• Add thin slices of tuna on the top of the roll and shape it.
• Create another roll in the same way.
• Cut both rolls and plate in a heart shape.
• Serve with wasabi and soya sauce
