Method
• Place the sugar and jelly powder in a bowl
• Pour boiling water over the dry mixture and stir until it has dissolved
• Wait half an hour until the mixture has cooled
• Add the milk and ground almonds
• Place in the fridge to set
• Scoop into individual bowls
• Top with fruit cocktail or your favourite summer fruits
