- 6 Westlands horseradish shoots
- 50ml vodka
- 10ml sherry vinegar
- 200ml good quality tomato juice
- 5ml Worcestershire sauce
- Maldon sea salt, finely ground
- fresh black pepper
- ice
- 1 small wedge of lemon

Method
Roughly chop three of the horseradish shoots and muddle with the vodka and the vinegar. Stir in the tomato juice and season with the Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice and garnish with a lemon wedge and the remaining Westlands horseradish shoots.
