Beef and Mushroom Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1kg lean minced beef
  • 50ml MAGGI Beef Liquid Concentrate Fonds
  • 200g Mushroom, Parsley and Stilton Mayo
  • 20 slices beef tomatoes
  • Rocket, as needed
  • 20 mini burger buns, split and toasted
  • For the MAGGI Mushroom, Parsley and Stilton Mayo
  • 1Ltr low-fat mayonnaise
  • 35ml MAGGI Mushroom Liquid Concentrated Fonds
  • 50g flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 250g stilton cheese, crumbed

Method

Method
Mix the minced beef with the MAGGI Beef Liquid Concentrate Fonds and form into 20 patties, chill for 1 hour.
Cook over a grill or bake.
Combine the mayonnaise, MAGGI Liquid Concentrated Fonds, parsley, and stilton cheese in a bowl. Mix well.
Assemble the burger with a tsp of MAGGI mushroom mayo on each side of the bun, a beef patty, a slice of tomato and fresh rocket.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with super skinny sweet potato fries.
