Mix the minced beef with the MAGGI Beef Liquid Concentrate Fonds and form into 20 patties, chill for 1 hour.
Cook over a grill or bake.
Combine the mayonnaise, MAGGI Liquid Concentrated Fonds, parsley, and stilton cheese in a bowl. Mix well.
Assemble the burger with a tsp of MAGGI mushroom mayo on each side of the bun, a beef patty, a slice of tomato and fresh rocket.
