Ingredients

  • Ingredients
  • 200ml water
  • 25g MAGGI® Original Gravy mix
  • 50ml cold water
  • 600g cooked roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 5 frozen 8” Yorkshire puddings, defrosted
  • 5 wooden BBQ skewers

Method

Method
To make up the gravy, heat 200ml water in a pan until simmering. In a separate bowl, mix the gravy powder with 50ml of cold water until a smooth paste is achieved.
Add the paste to the simmering water and stir continuously for two minutes until mix reaches a gentle simmer. Let the sauce cool.
Divide the roast beef and gravy between the Yorkshires, arranging them in the centre of the pudding and folding each side to create a wrap. Secure in place with a wooden skewer.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180⁰C for 15 to 20 minutes, or until crisp.
Remove the wooden skewer and slice in half at an angle so that each Yorkshire pudding makes two portions. Serve warm.
