Beetroot.Goats cheese.Chocolate.
..a bit mental.but I quiet like it.especially if guests dont know whats inside.
Ingredients
Method
simmer beets.blitz.reduce.pass.freeze in hemispheric moulds or cubes.dip in cooled melted chocolate.ensure you have completely sealed in the beetroot.few grains of salt on top.refreeze for 5 mins.refrigerate for 2 hours or until beetroot completly melts.to serve,pipe a smear of goats cheese on top.add half a cracked black peppercorn.
