Orange Sugar

A really intense hit.great for using up orange rind,if not using right away.would work well with Lemon,grapefruit,lime..use instead of regular castor sugar in everyday recipes,such as Shortbread or even custard.

Ingredients

  • Orange rinds no pith.
  • Castor sugar.

Method

Orange rinds.no pith.dry out in low oven over night or use dehydrater.blitz with castor sugar.pass.store in an airtight container.
