Create a sharing platter using our Glass Bread
This long and flat Ciabatta has a very open texture, a light crust and a splash of olive oil, great for making open sandwiches and tasty Bruschetta.
Due to its incredibly airy interior, when you hold this bread up to the light you should see the sun shine through, similar to the effect you get with stained glass windows.
