Method

Follow the step-by-step guide below for the perfect Arctic Wrap serving basket

1. Lightly brush 2 stainless steel 6.5"bowls in side and out and both sides of the arctic bread with olive oil

2. Cut away half an inch from one side

3. Fold Arctic bread into bowl

4. Place remaining bowl carefully on top of Arctic bread

5. Place on a baking tray at 170C for 5 mins

6. After 5 mins remove from oven, carefully lift off top bowl, place back into oven for a further 5 mins

7. After a further 5 mins of baking, gently remove basket from remaining bowl and place up side down and bake for a further 2 mins. This is to allow the base to go crisp.

8. How product should look after baking

9. Baskets ready to fill, great for salads, chillies or as a sharing platter

10. Filled with a warm chicken, bacon and Parmesan salad

11. Filled with chicken goujons, BBQ Cajun wings and marinated pork skewers, great to serve as a sharing platter with sour cream and chive dip

12. Filled with chilli con carne and rice.

13. Or serve all three options as a sharing platter.
