Jasmine Rice Dosa
- 100g White Lentils or Urad Saal
- 200g Tilda Jasmine Rice
- 10g Fenugreek Seeds
- 2x Green Chillies
- 1” Piece of Ginger
- Pinch of Salt
Jasmine Rice Dosa
1. Soak Ingredients overnight
2. Purée all ingredients together
3. Add a pinch of salt
4. Leave the batter outside the fridge to ferment and it is ready when the batter is thick and frothy.
5. To cook, add a small amount of batter to a hot frying pan.
6. Evenly spread the batter into a thin pancake.
7. Sprinkle some cheese and chilli flakes on top of the cooking pancake.
8. It is ready to eat when the batter is crunchy and golden
9. Fold over and eat whilst hot.
