Dill, Mustard & coffee dressing

PUT SUGAR ,SALT AND VINEGAR TOGETHER TO DISSOLVE ADD THE MUSTARDS AND THEN THE OLIVE OIL .

Ingredients

  • 200 ML MILD MUSTARD SMOOTH
  • 200 ML GRAIN MUSTARD
  • 160 GRAM CASTOR SUGAR
  • 100 ML WHITE WINE VINEGAR
  • 1.5 TBSP SALT
  • 1/2 BUNCH CHOPPED DILL
  • 300 ML OLIVE OIL
  • 100 ML WATER
  • 3 SHOT OF STRONG EXPRESSO COLD
  • FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER

Method

PUT SUGAR ,SALT AND VINEGAR TOGETHER TO DISSOLVE ADD THE MUSTARDS AND THEN THE OLIVE OIL . FINISHING WITH EXPRESSO,WATER AND DILL .
