Fallow Founders Jack Croft and Will Murray Join RATIONAL Ambassador Programme
Award-winning chefs Jack Croft and Will Murray, co-founders of the Fallow Group of Restaurants, have officially joined the Rational UK ambassador programme.
Known for their innovative approach to modern British cuisine, sustainability and operational excellence, the pair have built a strong reputation across the Fallow Group portfolio, which includes Fallow, FOWL and Roe.
The partnership builds on a long-standing relationship, with the group already using Rational technology across its kitchens. Equipment including the iCombi Pro, iVario and iHexagon supports consistency, quality and efficiency throughout their operations.
Speaking about the appointment, Croft and Murray highlighted the importance of working with trusted partners who can support the demands of modern restaurant kitchens. They also praised the reliability of Rational's technology and the expertise of the team behind it.
As ambassadors, the chefs will work alongside Rational UK to share their experiences of running high-performing kitchens and demonstrate how technology can support creativity, consistency and operational success.
Adam Knights, Marketing Director at Rational UK, said the partnership is a natural fit, reflecting both organisations' shared commitment to quality, innovation and excellence.
The appointment further strengthens the Rational ambassador programme, which brings together leading chefs and operators from across the foodservice industry to share best practice and inspire the next generation of kitchen professionals.
