- 2 x portions goat's cheese
- 2 x boxes of goat's cheese spread
- 1 x jar of dried tomatoes in oil
- 1 bunch of thyme
- 20 x slices Serrano ham
- 3 x potatoes
- 10 x rashers of bacon
- Salad
- 1 x mixed salad for 10 persons
- Olive oil
- Vinegar
- Honey
- Chives
- Shallots

Method
Cut the goat's cheese into 3 thick slices and marinate. Now wrap the slices with the bacon. Cut the potatoes into 1 cm thick slices, lightly coat them with butter and place underneath the cheese and bacon rolls. Fill the 10 slices of Serrano ham with the goat's cheese spread, the herbs and the dried tomatoes and tie with slightly blanched chives. Roast the goat's cheese rolls with the potato side underneath as described.
