Kohlrabi, steamed 20 mins. Cooled.
Coat in home-made crème fraiche, add freshly ground black pepper and freshly grated nutmeg. Toss to coat all well.
Add grated parmesano reggiono, peccorino romano, white sharp cheddar cheese. At the last minute I added my last left over home-cured and smoked bacon lardons.
