- 1600g Water
- 600g unsalted butter
- 1000g caster sugar
- 1600g Honey
- 4 orange zest
- 16g cinnamon
- 14g star anise blitzed
- 2200g rye flour
- 160g Baking powder
- 300g Orange jam
Ingredients
Method
Bring to boil the butter and water.
Pour it on your sugar, honey, and star anise.
Sift the rye flour with the baking powder and cinnamon.
Add your liquid, the zest and the orange jam.
Mix slowly everything together.
Cook it at 160C.
