Scottish salmon, White Asparagus, wild garlic pesto

Ingredients

salmon

  • 150g salmon 4 x white Asparagus 20g butter

garlic pesto

  • 100g garlic leaves 50g green pistachio 30g parmesan cheese 100g olive oil Half lemon juice Zests from 1 lemon

Method

Pan-fry the salmon. Make the pesto. Serve with the white asparagus.
