Union Smoked Salmon by Karl Goward

A popular choice due to its versatile flavour, salmon is a delicious addition to any recipe. Put your culinary skills to the test with the following Union Smoked Salmon by Karl Goward recipe.


  • Ingredients:
  • Salmon
  • 500g Maldon
  • 150g Muscavado
  • 2 Orange (zest and juice)
  • 2 Limes (zest and juice)


Place all the ingredients in a bowl and marinade the salmon for 24 hours.
Wash the salmon and dry.
To Smoke:
Smoke the salmon in the smoker on cold smoke.
Use apple briquettes, 1 hour cold smoke.
