" Young Pastry Chef 2019 " The Master Chefs of Great Britain - The David Lyell Scholarship is open!

It is an honour to announce the release of this Brilliant competition. Open to anyone 23 and Under on the 1st March 2019, the competition is a chance to showcase your skills to our group of renowned judges: Ross Sneddon ( Chair ), Benoit Blin, Mick Burke, Jerome Dreux, Liam Grime and Mark Poynton.

Final will be held at The Claire Clark Academy, Milton Keynes College - 9th April 2019

1st Prize - The David Lyell Scholarship, which includes an amazing opportunity to visit the newly launched Felchlin Condirama for an in-depth training course at their exceptional facility in Switzerland

The competition is open to any pastry chef aged 23 years and under on the 1st March 2019.
The Candidate should be actively working in a hotel a restaurant kitchen, banqueting, college student or within any corporate/event catering environment.
