Chef John Skotidas from Mazi on winning The TeMana Lamb competition and Greek cuisine

John Skotidas, head chef from Notting Hill Greek restaurant Mazi, talks about his role and the style of food served at Mazi. He tells us why he entered the Alliance TeMana Lamb Competition, which he successfully won. TeMana lamb is a lamb bred in New Zealand, and brought into the UK. As his prize John will get a trip to New Zealand.
