This video showcases the competition ran with Alliance NZ and the finalists who were all tasked with creating a dish using Te Mana lamb. The video highlights all the dishes and the winning dish from John Skotidas, head chef at Mazi restaurant. His dish was Te Mana lamb fillet and shredded lamb shoulder with miso, aubergine and onions.
