Two new speakers announced for the Culinary Congress 2018

It’s been an exciting start to the week in the Culinary Congress Planning Office as we’ve just confirmed two more presenters for the 2018 Congress London - 5th and 6th June 2018

Greg Marchand from Frenchie and Doug McMaster from Silo are now confirmed presenters at the Culinary Congress London 2018.

Greg Marchand
With Greg from Frenchie we’ll be exploring Modern French Cuisine. The food at Frenchie Covent Garden echoes its Parisian counterparts, dishes rooted in the French Culinary Arts but combined with simple yet generous flavours and ingredients heavily influenced by Greg’s travels from London to New York through to Spain and Hong Kong.

Doug McMaster
With Doug McMaster from Silo we’ll be exploring, learning about and tasting Silo’s Zero Waste, Pre Industrial Cuisine. At Silo the production of waste has been eliminated by simply choosing to trade directly with farmers, using re-usable delivery vessels and choosing local ingredients that themselves generated no waste. At Silo they choose to provide quality through purity, adopting a more primitive diet with techniques both modern and ancient. They choose food sources that respect the natural order, allowing ingredients to be themselves without unnecessary processing.

Greg and Doug join the likes of Pierre Koffmann, Claire Clark, Tom Aikens, Elizabeth Allen, Sabrina Gayhour, Derek Sarno, Ben Tish, David Carter, Atul Kochhar and Anna Hansen to name just a few of this years presenters.

To listen, share, taste and learn from some of the most influential people in food you need to be at the Culinary Congress London 2018! Tickets are now selling very fast, so get in quick before they sell out!
