A proud moment for Petrossian as our UK Managing Director, Chloe Chataignon, was welcomed into the Disciples d’Escoffier family in a ceremony marked by the iconic giant spoon, a traditional casserole, a Petrossian caviar tasting and a memorable dinner shared with fellow members.
