Judges include Michelin Starred Chefs Glyn Purnell, and Paul Foster, Idris Caldora MCA, David Colcombe, Stuart Mcleod, Franck Pontais. 

Winner receives a Gold Medal, David Bache Trophy, Cheque for £500, commemorative plate and certificate and seeded entry into the NYCOTY.

Competitors have two hours to produce a plant-based starter, a main course using dry-aged ribeye of grass-fed Irish Beef provided by Bord Bia and a dessert of their choice, all for two covers.
