Dingley Dell's Flying Visits

Hospitality Students join Titchwell Manor.

On the 5th December and taking place at North Norfolk's fantastic Titchwell Manor Hotel, our sixth in running Flying Visits will showcase fifteen Hospitality students from seven colleges who have been given the chance to work alongside distinguished chefs to prepare and serve a fantastic menu of food and wine.
Student chefs will work with Eric Snaith and Chris Mann of Titchwell Manor, Russell Bateman from Colette’s at the Grove, Roger Hickman, Hickman’s Restaurant, Phil Thompson of Brocket Hall and Sam Bryant of Stratton’s.
Front of House staff will work with Titchwell Manor’s Mark Dobby and Jamie Aram from Hallgarten Wines as well as Franck-Lin Dalle , the owner of Chateau de Campuget who will be doing the wine pairings.
The students will receive recipe sheets and wine descriptions. Their names and colleges will appear on the menu and they will attend the pork demonstration at  Titchwell Manor by Dingley Dell Pork and Glyn Feller from Cleveleys Butchers.
The students will also be asked to describe the dish or the wine they serve on the evening (after coaching in the art of presentation from Murray Chapman).
