Grant Instruments introduces integrated Sous Vide cooking baths

The Grant sous vide built-in baths (SVE-IN) were developed as a result of an increasing need for better incorporation of this essential cooking tool into the kitchen without taking up valuable work space. The precision cooking system comes in 12L or 26L tanks and is retro-fittable. The baths are easily integrated into work surfaces, with controls located in the front panel for quick selection of required temperatures. Based on the current SVE Expert range, the sous vide baths feature a timer with an audible alarm, three programmable temperature presets, and a fixed temperature cut-out for protection should the bath run dry or low water level. 
In addition, Grant’s famous reliability, high precision temperature control and stability, sleek stainless steel case for easy cleaning, simple and safe operation, all while offering outstanding value for money.
