With nearly 60 competitions across the three day event, including 12 new classes for Live Theatre and Salon Display, it promises to be the biggest and best Salon at Hospitality yet.
Fine dining restaurant La Parade des Chefs will see the National teams representing England, Scotland and Wales creating mouth-watering menus
Live Theatre, sponsored by Compass Group UK, sees the introduction of three brand new classes: Elior Apprentice Skills Challenge, Lexington Food Service Challenge and Vegan Dish Challenge sponsored by The Vegan Society, which aims to reward the popularity of vegan menus. Also new to the Hospitality schedule is Schwartz Chef Flavour Pairing Challenge and Sodexo Chef of the Year. To raise awareness and demonstrate solutions to the ever-growing issue of preserving fish stocks, Live Theatre also showcases the Sustainable Fish Dish sponsored by M&J Seafood and Alaska Seafood Challenge.
Salon Display, also sponsored by Compass Group UK, hosts Junior and Senior programmes and Introduces exciting new classes such as Miniature Decorative Exhibit, Bread Display, Restaurant Plates Fish Course, Sculpted Novelty Cake and Pastillage Mask.

Registration for entries is now open. Chefs who wish to enter should book early to avoid disappointment. The deadline for all entries is 1st December 2010.
