FREE SEMINARS PUT FOCUS ON BUSINESS SUCCESS AT HOSPITALITY 2011

There will be 11 Business Seminars in total, which will be staged during the three days of the show – aiming to give visitors the tools to succeed in an increasingly challenging market place. They will cover a range of issues including developing a new hotel, sustainability, legal guidance, tricks of the design trade, public relations and better business advice.
Some will be hosted by well-known figures from the hospitality, leisure and culinary worlds including Alex Polizzi, Channel Five’s Hotel Inspector and proprietor of Hotel Endsleigh who will discuss what makes a successful hotel and how to create one  (12.00-12.45 on 24th January). Robbie Bargh, world-renowned bar consultant and owner of gorgeousgroup, will provide his expertise on creating the perfect bar in another seminar (12.00-12.45 on 26th January). Silvena Rowe, celebrity chef and executive chef for the Baltic Restaurant Group and Shamil Thakrar, co-founder of self-styled Bombay café, Dishoom, will team up to discuss their industry success stories (14.00-14.45 on  26th January).

This includes everything from running a successful hotel to growing a bar business and making bold, new business concepts work.”
Hospitality 2011, which is set to welcome a 12,000 strong audience, covers Food & Drink, Equipment, Interiors, Exteriors & Tableware plus Technology. More than 300 companies in food & drink, equipment, technology and interiors, exteriors & tableware will exhibit at the show.
