Capable of producing up to 400 cones of soft ice cream or 250 milk shakes per hour, it’s the ideal choice for busy outlets. Great for reducing queue times, providing a better quality of service to customers, the Multiple Choice provides flexibility to achieve an excellent return on investment.
The unit’s dry filling system gives the option of preparing the mix directly in the hopper by combining water with dry mix, allowing the caterer the ability to experiment and achieve optimum consistency. There’s also the choice of an optional mixer with disposable spoons so toppings can be swirled directly into the ice cream.
With a self-pasteurization system fitted as standard, the Multiple Choice only requires a complete deep clean every six weeks, meaning less hassle for busy outlets, while an automatic cleaning day count down allows operatives to plan ahead to avoid disruptions to service.
