LES VERGERS BOIRON EXTENDS NEW TRAY ACROSS THE FROZEN PUREE RANGE

Les vergers Boiron, inventors of frozen fruit purees in 1970, has launched the 5th generation tray, which is now available in the UK across the full range of 54 flavours in its frozen puree range.

Designed in consultation with leading chefs around the world, the innovative new 1kg tray is compact and easier to open with a new tab on the lid; more clearly identifiable in the freezer, and is more airtight and easier to use. The tray is also more environmentally friendly as it contains less plastic.

The new lid with its innovative clip concept ensures the tray is sealed properly to avoid accidental leaks, and the double tab allows a total or partial opening. The tray’s compact shape gives an easier grip too.

Les vergers Boiron is also offering packs of three or six 1kg trays, the packs of six are perfect for the most regularly used flavours, and three-tray packs for the speciality flavours, enabling better stock management and a broader range of flavours to suit menus.
