Michelin star chef Andy McFadden cooks three seasonal recipes

Andy McFadden Michelin star chef from London's L'Autre Pied, the sister restaurant to Pied a Terre, cooks three stunning dishes from his current restaurant menu. Many of the products are supplied by Wild Harvest.

Andy's first dish is a homage to his Irish roots with cabbage and bacon with smoked eel and dashi. His second is English hare with Argen prunes, parsley roots and quince. A very seasonal dish using the best local game from Wild Harvest. Andy completes the dishes with a stunning dessert of Cremeux of chocolate with coconut and kafir lime
