Speedy Service and Easy Cleaning, Pro-Baristas choose Pro-Fondi!

Originally designed in Italy for use in bars and cafés, the Pro-Fondi provides establishments with the very latest way of removing the waste product which comes as a result of using these ever-so popular coffee machines – whilst providing customers with an improved taste and texture to their coffee at the same time.
 
Quick and easy to use, the Pro-Fondi has further significant benefits over the traditional method of using a knock-box for waste. It is far less abrasive, which means that there is less damage to the filters and groups – thus, in turn, improving the life of both. Pro-Fondi is also far quieter than the noise produced by enthusiastic baristas cleaning the filters, which positively adds to the atmosphere of the venue.  In addition, any waste is stored more hygienically within a neat waste bag housed conveniently out-of-sight under the equipment within the counter space.
 
Hygiene is of course of great importance for many outlets, and the wastage from the process is collected in a disposable bag beneath the product.  The bag is able to hold a larger quantity than a traditional knock box and also removes the risk of spillage. In turn, this creates a quicker clean time and reduces the risk of germ and bacteria growth which can occur from unclean surfaces such as underneath the knock-box.
