SteccoFlex Ice Cream Moulds

Looking for an alternative to serving ice cream in a cone?  Then the new SteccoFlex moulds from equipment specialists Mitchell and Cooper could be the answer.
Designed for making artisan ice cream on a stick, the SteccoFlex mould is made from 100% food grade silicone and has been invented as a quick and easy way to make your ice cream offering premium. Whether you fill with your own home-made ice cream, or simply change the shape of scooped ice cream, the SteccoFlex guarantees excellent results in both appearance and functionality, and is unique to the professional ice cream sector.
The SteccoFlex can create extremely professional looking ice cream in just 6 simple steps. Begin by filling the mould, insert the stick, level with palette knife and freeze.  Once frozen, unmould the ice cream and garnish with decoration. Great ideas for decoration could be various chocolate combinations or nuts.
Guy Cooper, Managing Director at Mitchell & Cooper, commented on the innovation “At Mitchell and Cooper we are dedicated to making products that ease the day to day activity in a professional catering kitchen and this product is no exception. The Steccoflex allows catering outlets to make a great quality product with minimum effort at every maximum convenience.”
The SteccoFlex measures 300 x 400mm and comes complete with 50 ice cream sticks, thus providing all the essentials you need to get started.
