Good afternoon Chef

As the great-great-grand Father of wood fired ovens I am writing to let you know about our brand new website www.valoriani.co.uk where we have been very thorough in including within the site navigation, information about AVPN Accreditation, DEFRA Licensing, individual oven specification information within the product page accordions, accessories, gallery, frequently asked questions and recipes. We have also have the following social media platforms: Facebook. Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube and Blog.

The key driver of the new website is to inform end users and prospective users alike of our lineage and heritage and to share our knowledge and expertise of wood fired ovens and wood fired cooking. As a pioneer of the introduction of wood fired ovens to the UK in 2002, we have many thousands of Forni Valoriani oven installations across the UK with more high profile commercial installations including Harrods, Museum of London, The River Cafe London with many residential and mobile oven installations too.

As Valoriani UK we are based at our UK Headquarters in Preston with a new showroom and demonstration kitchen for customers and prospects alike to visit and try out our ovens before purchase. Now in the hands of the 4th & 5th generation Forni Valoriani established in 1890, our Global Headquarters and artisan manufacturing plant is in Reggello, Florence. With the Forni Valoriani lineage and heritage we are affectionately known as the great-great-grand Father of Wood Fired Ovens.

Coveted Valoriani refractory clay static and mobile wood and gas fired ovens continue to lead the way globally in clay oven design and manufacture.

Please let me know if you need any further information or clarification.

Many thanks

Mark

Small Contribution. Big Impact.

The Staff Canteen has always been more than a website—it’s a community, built by and for hospitality. We share the wins, the challenges, the graft, and the inspiration that keeps kitchens alive.

We believe in staying open to everyone, but creating this content takes real resources. If you’ve ever found value here—whether it’s a recipe, an interview, or a laugh when you needed it most—consider giving just £3 to keep it going.

A little from you keeps this space free for all. Let’s keep lifting the industry, together.
