Rhinoceros Roma Appoints New Guest Relations Manager, Ludovica Santarelli

Housed within a prestigious art gallery, Rhinoceros Roma a haven of artistic expression and luxury accommodation, has welcomed a new Guest Relations Manager, Ludovica Santarelli. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Ludovica brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of the industry to the Rhinoceros Roma team.

Driven by her background in modern languages and literature and fuelled by her passion for connecting with others, Ludovica’s intended one-week venture has turned into a remarkable decade-long journey in the hospitality industry. Dedicating herself to mastering the complexities of exceptional guest relations services, hotel operations and team leadership.

In her previous role as Guest Relations Manager at Rome’s five-star property Hotel De Russie, Ludovica excelled in coordinating communications between departments, customising activities and services for guests, managing VVIP guests and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out services. Her commitment to personalised guest experiences is evident in her hands on approach, where she personally engages with each guest to create meaningful connections, anticipate their needs and exceed expectations.

In her new role at Rhinoceros Roma, Ludovica will work side by side with all departments to ensure the smoothest quality of service. Together with the General Manager Simone Moretti, she will guide the team to work towards the ‘Hospitality 2.0 state of mind’, to guarantee luxury service that is delivered in a genuine manner. Joining the artist haven in the heart of Rome, presents an exciting opportunity for Ludovica to drive new projects and processes forward to increase revenue and overall guest satisfaction.

Rhinoceros Roma, an artistic haven located in Rome’s historic centre integrates boutique accommodation with artistic creativity. Designed by the globally acclaimed French Architect, Jean Nouvel, and established by Alda Fendi in 2018, Rhinoceros Roma features 25 unique apartments hidden within an Avant Garde art gallery. With a rotation of some of the world’s great artists including Picasso, El Greco and Michelangelo, Rhinoceros Roma offers captivating experiences for art enthusiasts. Today Rhinoceros Roma’s artist mission is to showcase contemporary artists within a series of exhibitions with LA-based gallery François Ghebaly.
