I'm looking for a full time chef (Sous/Snr CDP) to join my team at The Skillet on Hyndland Street, Glasgow West End.
We're a new small plates restaurant focusing on big, bold flavours using the best of Scotlands seasonal produce.
Ideally you will have a fresh food/semi fine dining background and will be confident preparing and cooking fish & meat. Service is very fast paced once we get going so attention to detail and communication skills are paramount.
We're a small team (4 chefs) so everyone needs to pull their weight!
