Stress is a physical and chemical reaction our body has in response to excess pressure, this can be triggered into a ‘fight or flight’ mode.

Good stress can make you feel motivated, give you energy, enhance your performance and help keep you focused.

Stress to excess can make you feel overwhelmed, anxious and/or depressed, and decrease your performance.
