Woods Foodservice and The 2011 London Triathlon

We are entering the Olympic Team Relay at this year's London Triathlon.
We are supporting our good friend and chef Dean Peck who chose The Lymphoma Association for our fundraising efforts.
The team is as follows:
Darren Labbett (Managing Director) 1500m Swim
Craig Osborne (Customer Service Manager) 40km Cycle
Nick Hanyours (Purchasing Manager) 10km Run.
A little about the team:
Darren our esteemed leader is quite possibly the most competitve man in the world. He starts us off with a swim in the Thames. Expect a strong start and pray that he doesn't wear a mankini.
Craig our Customer Service Manager likes to cycle and will be working hard to prepare for this 40km slog through London Docklands. He will be drinking wine in one of those protein shakers.
Mr Sport Nick is that annoying guy who is good at everything. He wont train and will have the 10km in his pocket. No one will see him finish though as we will already be in the bar!
