After starting his career at The Wildebeest Arms in Stoke Holy Cross, he honed his craft at renowned establishments like Midsummer House in Cambridge, Sat Bains in Nottingham, and The Press Club in Melbourne.
Liam's culinary adventures continued as he traveled to New York, working as a sous chef at Momofuku KO, before finally returning to England as the opening sous chef for Kerridges Bar and Grill in London.
Liam's passion for cooking is deeply rooted in his desire to nourish and delight his loved ones.
He finds immense joy in feeding his friends and family, and his return to Norwich allows him to share his culinary creations with the community that inspired him from the start.
Along his culinary journey, Liam has developed a profound interest in wine, and he aims to bring his newfound passion and knowledge to elevate the dining experience at STORE, the restaurant he now proudly calls home.
